Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 40g oats
  • 1 tbs chia seeds plus a bit more to sprinkle on top
  • 200ml milk or milk alternative
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp lucuma powder (optional)
  • 1 small or ½ large pear, chopped

Place oats, chia seeds, lucuma powder (if using) and pear in a saucepan and add milk. Gently simmer for 3-6 minutes, or until the oats are soft. Sprinkle with cinnamon and mix. Serve with some blueberries.
